Standard Commercial Operating Policy | Equatorial Goldfields Ltd.
These Commercial Supply Terms govern all physical gold procurement orders facilitated by Equatorial Goldfields Ltd. for both private individual buyers (from 100g) and institutional commercial buyers.
All product pricing is calculated based on the official London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) spot price fixing on the date of contract execution or dispatch. Equatorial Goldfields does not engage in speculative price guarantees or unverified discounts.
Shipments are executed under Incoterms 2020 CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). Equatorial Goldfields covers export documentation, customs clearance in Uganda, armored ground logistics, and international air freight insurance to the buyer's designated airport or secure vault.
Remote CIF orders require a 7–10% allocation deposit upon SPA execution to activate customs export licenses and freight insurance. In-person physical inspection clients at our Kampala office provide a 30–40% deposit prior to processing. Final 90–93% balance is settled via wire transfer post independent assay verification at the receiving refinery.
